Bottom Plate Design and Integration on Onyx

Due to the set constraints already on the sub, designing and planning the components for the bottom plate on Onyx was tricky. The placements such as the ESCs, OAK-D Camera, and Fathom X had to be optimal for wire integration while accommodating for fabrication constraints. One of the items I worked on was the ESC holder, which had to fit within the aluminum extrusions as well as mounting the ESCs in an ideal position for wire connection. With the help of Colin Szeto, I accomplished this task by using zip ties onto 3D printed holders.
