Unimplemented soft kill

Using a previously competition proven multiplexer as a soft kill switch here we wanted to mount the multiplexers onto an Arduino perfboard to listen for a reed switch activation digital pin signal. This would interrupt the pixhawk esc motor commands and by default write 1500 ms to each esc from the arduino. We completed fabrication but did not install this on Gray due to it not satisfying the full competition requirements and a more robust kill switch system being created by physically removing voltage from thrusters.
